Junior's Kustom Rides & Classics provide full kustom car service from small builds and WOF to complete custom car build, service, certification, auto-electrical and automotive upholstery. Junior's also provide vehicle importation services.
Junior is the Company Director and Manager of JKR&C. Junior is also the guy that sets the level of quality and oversees all work produced. A high school drop out at 14, Junior completed a diesel mechanic apprenticeship and with a long interest in vehicles, over 16 years, has seen him own many cool rides. As a 13 year old he purchased an HT Monaro, then moved onto a Holden 1 tonne ute, a record holding T-bucket and a 27 Essex. Junior also had 3 years experience as a crewmember for a top alcohol drag racing team, ensuring a top level of work under pressure, strong leadership skills and a desire for a quality end product.
Juniors current rides include a blown and bagged Chev pickup and a 30 Model A Coupe under construction.
Chris is an A-grade mechanic with 18 years experience. Chris specializes in air suspension and was one of five New Zealanders who attended the CTDU two-day seminar on air bags.
Chris' car interests are rodding and drag racing,current ride is a 1960 cadillac convertible Previous rides are a Chrysler VIP, a 55 Ford Pop and a 74 street strip Charger with NOS.
Woody has worked on cars for 22 years and fabricates everything from basic chassis components all the way through to full tube frame cars. Woody has pit-crewed on alcohol cars and so brings a wide range of experience to JKR&C
Woody currently rides a 99 Dynoglide Harley to work which will soon be chopped up and used for parts for his custom chopper.
Rex is a body alignment and panel fabrication specialist who has owned and operated his own very large crash repair panel shop for 20 years and is experienced in all facts of American car building and restoration. Rex also specializes in Rochester triple carb set ups for GM vehicles. Rexs interests lie in American cars of the 50's and 60's and of course hot rods.
Rexs current rides are a fully restored 58 Chev impala and a blown small block powered 38 Chev coupe that he has owned since he was 18 years old.

Wayne is passionate about all types of cars and motorsports. A fitter and turner for over 25 years, he has brought new skills to the workforce.
Wayne has been involved in many facets of motorsports, as an entrant, organiser, spectator and builder.
Waynes current rides include a traditional 60's style Model A Pickup, currently under construction.

Kurt is the apprentice. Kurt brings two years of engineering experience and artistic expertise to Junior's.
Kurts interests lie in Kustom Airbrushing and drag racing.
Kurt's 23 't' coupe is under construction with 13½" having been taken out of the roof, the rest of the body work is well under way

Fitter turner for 20 years. 14 years experiance for Graheme Berry race cars.
Current ride is an owner built almac cobra running a 428 and top loader. Previous ride a 1940 ford pickup, current project restoring a 1974 Norton Commando

Peta is the new apprentice who will be trained by our A grade mechanic Chris
Damien has worked in the automotive industry since he was 16.He brings 14years experience to the team and is a qualified mechanic who specialises in auto gearboxes.His interests lie in drag racing, hot rodding and music.
His current rides that hes rebuilding is a 23 T Bucket
